Another museum where you could spend the whole day is the Museum of Flight in Seattle. The main room has planes of all types hanging from the ceiling. The original Boring factory is also here with exhibits of original equipment and the original wooden planes in various states of construction. Having built a couple planes myself this was a great exhibit. There was also large rooms full of World War I and II planes.
